Travis Baker

Director - Project & Engineering Management

As a director at FSC, Travis oversees the largest division, Project and Engineering Management. Specialising in major structures, piling, roadworks, and drainage, he has contributed to key projects like the M80 Ring Road Upgrade, Monash Freeway Upgrade, Hazelwood Mine Rehabilitation, and West Gate Tunnel.

Travis’ ability to resolve complex technical issues and negotiate commercial matters with other contractors saw him lead construction of the CTW Ramp Z, linking the Bolte Bridge with the West Gate Freeway.  His extensive experience also includes overseeing the widening of the M1, which involved 45 deck pours over a 1 km stretch between South Melbourne and Southbank.
