Description: As a director at FSC, Josh manages the company’s Joint Venture Partnerships. With a background in environmental engineering, he has gained extensive experience on major civil and structural projects, including the North West Program Alliance, CityLink Tulla Widening, and the Pacific Highway Upgrade from Woolgoolga to Ballina. These diverse, high-demand projects have sharpened his expertise in bulk earthworks, drainage, utilities, pavement construction, sealing and asphalt works, retaining structures, and piling.

Josh’s passion for taking on larger engineering challenges and his commitment to skill development are evident in his rapid career growth. He became a Project Engineer at just 25 and a Senior Project Engineer before the age of 30.
