NWPA– Keon Parade Abutment, Track and Formation Works
As part of Victoria's Big Build, the North West Program Alliance (NWPA) delivered the Keon Parade Level Crossing Removal Project. This project involved elevating the rail lines over Keon Parade and constructing upgraded stations, improved surrounding roads, and new walkways and shared user paths.

- Occupation and offline works
- Construction of post-and-panel retaining walls for the north and south abutments
- Backfilling for the north and south abutments and approach areas
- Track drainage and underground crossing (ULX) works
- Rail formation works to the underside of sleepers
- Cess drains and finishing works
