The North East Link represents the largest investment ever in Melbourne’s north-east. As part of this program, the Secondary Package includes significant upgrades to the Eastern Freeway, a new bridge at Bulleen, Melbourne’s first dedicated busway connecting Doncaster, an expedited park-and-ride facility in Bulleen, and Shared User Path improvements with two additional bridges.
