Hinkley Point C nuclear power station (HPC) was a project to construct a 3,200 MWe nuclear power station with two EPR reactors in Somerset, England. Our team provided commercial, planning and project management advise and support to a water treatment contractor involved on the project
Our initial services included an analysis of contract documents, the existing schedule, and the costing system. This analysis identified risks and gaps, and we provided a report to the contractor's executive team with recommendations to control costs and avoid schedule overruns.

- Develop and resource-load a contractually compliant program
- Provide commercial advice, including preparing and substantiating extension of time claims
- Implement an Earned Value (EV) management system
- Mentor and train the project team
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure the recommendations were effectively applied and adapted to support project success
