- Taking over responsibility for Construction Phase Services (CPS) from the design team

- Setting-up and maintaining accurate CPS trackers
- Improving communication between the designers, delivery team and stakeholders, allowing full visibility of issues and changes
- Overseeing Request For Information (RFI) responses
- Facilitating NCR review and responses
- Managing the ‘As-built’ process
